Immunization

Immunization against Yellow Fever:

For tourists coming to Brazil, it is necessary the international certificate against yellow fever, only for those who in the previous three months were visiting or are coming from the following countries: Angola, Benin, Bolivia, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Colombia, Ecuador, Gabon, Gambia, Gana, Guinea Bissau, French Guyana, Liberia, Nigeria, Peru, Congo, Serra Leoa, Sudan, Venezuela and Zaire.

The immunization against yellow fever is also recommended for all those tourists, Brazilians or foreigners, who intend to visit the following Brazilian States: Acre, Amazonas, Amapá, Federal District, Goiás, Maranhão, Mato Grosso do Sul, Pará, Rondônia, Roraima and Tocantins.

It is important to get your immunization with a minimum of 10 days before your departure.
